Off the Beaten Path: 4 Secret Gardens to Take Your Kids to This Summer

New York City is full of hidden gems...and I, for one, love discovering new places to take the kids. Playground fatigue can set in really quickly, and sometimes, we just need to shake things up, leave our own five-block radius and see this beautiful city we live in.

We've been to the High Line (who hasn't?), and we practically live in Central Park (not complaining!) during the summer months, but there is still so much that the kids haven't seen yet. So, next time we need to plan an adventure with the kids, I'll be taking them to these *secret* community gardens:

I'm curious what parts of New York you'll be exploring with your little ones this summer, and if you've discovered a secret garden, do share it!
